The king is dead

NDC were delighted to be given the opportunity to share our thoughts on the fast changing relationship between local authority clients and their advertising agencies in this week’s MJ.  For those of you who aren’t familiar with it, MJ is a well-known weekly title covering the latest news and policy stories in local government – well read by decision makers in local authorities and elsewhere.

More than any other sector local government is reeling with the impact of the coalition government’s squeeze on public sector spending, with authorities like Manchester City Council and Liverpool City Council predicting job cuts of up to 20% of their current workforce, and other authorities across the country making similarly dire predictions.
